Village website goes live!
By Colin SullyThe first pages of The Lee website quietly slipped their moorings in August and set sail into the ether. On board for the maiden voyage were the village Diary, the July Newsletter, information on various clubs, societies and village amenities, a brief report on the Flower Show, a short history of The Lee, the Parish Council and a veritable cornucopia of links to other interesting places. The September Newsletter will be joining the voyage shortly, together with more reference pages and some Newsletter archiving. We hope to have a full crew for this first version of the site by the end of the year.
What happens after that and where the website goes next then depends on you!
- How would you like to see it developed?
- Can you see ways of improving its usefulness?
- Would you like to get involved in its development?
- Perhaps you have some web development skills and can spare some time, or you are a student and need a real project to support your studies?
