ABBA is coming to town
By Hayley FarrellyFollowing the success of last year’s charity event and by huge popular demand I will be hosting my second ‘Tribute to Abba’. In aid of Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Saturday 2nd June 2007 is the day to put on those flares and dig out those platforms again and join me, at Ballinger Hall, for an evening of dance, song and merriment. ABBA Revolution, one of the UK’s leading tribute bands will be taking us back to the good old days and performing classic songs from a classic band such as ‘Mamma Mia’, ‘Super Trouper’ and ‘Dancing Queen’ – just some that I could mention. There will be a Spit Roast BBQ, fully licensed bar and disco. To add to the evening we will be having a raffle with some superb prizes up for grabs including a handmade quilt celebrating Breakthrough Breast Cancer’s work. Tickets are £25 per person which includes entrance and food and can be purchased from me on 890065. Profit from this event will go to the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity which helps the fight against breast cancer through research and education. So ‘Waterloo’ waiting for, TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE FROM APRIL – reservation for tickets can be made from February onwards. |
