Life – what do we do with it?
By Judy Hart

As you may remember, during Lent parishioners from The Lee bravely volunteered to share with you their personal stories about their life and their Christian faith. This proved to be popular and some more brave people will be leading five or six more sessions this autumn.

Talking honestly about one’s faith is never easy as inevitably it means referring to the difficult times as well as the good times in one’s life. However each fortnight we will be treated to someone attempting to do just this as they share their life story. Everyone’s life is different but we hope that these sessions will show how being a Christian has had an influence in their lives and will stimulate you to think about your own life and what you do with it.

There will be five or six meetings and you are welcome to come to all of them, or just one, or as many as you can make. They will all be held at Lee Common Methodist Church from 8 pm till 9 pm. The first three are:
Wednesday 26h September. Led by me, Judy Hart. I have recently become a churchwarden and have been organised Sunday school for many years.
Wednesday 10th October. Led by Penny Burgess, our Vicar’s wife.
Wednesday 24th October. Led by Mike Sherratt, Churchwarden at the Lee Church.
