On Saturday 13th October the 1st Lee Common Scouts football team played in the District five a-side tournament at Sprinters in Prestwood on the astroturf pitch.
We played three group stage games to get to the semi-finals, which we won comfortably. In the finals, we played Little Kingshill and won 3-2 in a very exciting and close match.
Overall, we scored 22 goals and conceded three. George was the top goal scorer. Our youngest player is 10 and the oldest 14. Many thanks to Rick and Tom Brockett for organising the side.
