The ShopBy Barnaby Usborne The money has been promised but now begins the form-filling and paper chase to prise it out of the clutches of the kindly Plunkett Foundation and Co-operative and Community Finance and into our own bank account. A solicitor has been engaged to draw up a contract to ensure fair play between The Shop and the Parish Hall to satisfy the bank and the Charity Commission.
