The problem with tackling the letter K is finding enough answers that don’t start with “Kings…”. I found just five.
As usual, the answers all start with the letter K and relate in some way to The Lee parish. Let’s start this month with an easy one… and follow it with a couple of teasers!
- Monarchical tree (5 and 3 letters)
- Money paid to free the royal house on the hilltop (5, 6)
- They are often found in the Shop and on top of the school (7)
- The way to the throne? (5, 4)
- Regal estate at the Bottom… (5, 4, 4)
- … next door to the dog-houses (6)
- The road signs around here never show them… but in Europe they would (9)
- Where you might find beans, potatoes, carrots, onions, lettuce, etc. (7, 6)
- Telephone housing (e.g. at Swan Bottom) (5)
