The start of 2009 was celebrated in style at The Lee Parish Hall, where locals gathered for a sumptuous salmon dinner provided by Tricia and Barnaby Usborne and their team: Liz Browning, Karel Lewis, Roger and Judy Morgan, Sheila Molloy and Caroline Self.
Highlights of the evening included a cryptic quiz on the theme of Buckinghamshire villages and a communal rendition of The Twelve Days of Christmas (with actions!) conducted by David Jones.
It was a truly enjoyable evening, a good time was had by all and nearly £700 was raised for the Parish Hall.
