Probably the best event of the summer is only six weeks away. The committee is working tirelessly to organise it and you will have received the glossy schedules through your letterboxes so you all know what you have to do to make the show live up to expectations.
Check the classes you can enter and join in the fun of friendly competition. Come on you floral artists, start planning your flower arrangements!
We are looking for talent in the art tent so bring your works of art to let us all see and enjoy – you can sell them if you wish helping the show with 10% of the proceeds.
The side shows will be there, the dog show, the children’s magician, the animals, the dancers, the rock band, the beer tent and later…
The dance
Roll up, roll up – the tickets for the dance are now on sale at the Shop @ The Lee Parish Hall.
Don’t delay, make up your tables of friends and neighbours and get ready to enjoy the night. Where else can you go for only £18 each?
Over the years we’ve often faced criticism over the choice of the band and the music. Having been organising this since the last century it’s clear that “you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.
