The Chiltern Countryside Group’s formal response to the Heathrow Draft Noise Action Plan can now be read in full on the CCG website under the heading ‘LATEST’
Luton Airport has also put out its Draft Noise Action Plan for public consultation, which will run until Sunday 17th January 2010. The plan can be accessed at: www.london-lutoninthecommunity.co.uk/environment
Do find the time to look at this and respond, either directly, or through our campaign group. The CCG Steering Group would particularly urge you to look carefully at the points addressing night noise as this is a major area of concern for all of us in the Chilterns.
The CCG has been invited to meet with representatives from London Luton Airport and we would welcome comments from you so that we can bring your concerns to this meeting.
