The Lee W.I.By Joyce Swain The Lee W.I. met at the Parish Hall at 2:00 pm on 13th October. Our President June/Joy Lock reminded us of various county activities including a trip to Paris! We also have plans for a theatre outing to The Swan and for a winter stroll in Wendover Woods. We then had an amusing talk from Mrs Owen on how to make housework easier – and more fun! This was followed by a delicious tea – celebrating our 90th Birthday! For your diaries – 10th November will be our AGM. |
