The Lee WI last met at the Parish Hall on 8th December 2009 at 2:00 pm. After considering County matters and outings, we heard that all the seats for the theatre outing to the Wycombe Swan were taken.
We then had a delightful slide show and talk about the Lake District from Mrs Hulbert. She not only showed the magnificent scenery but also many pictures of wild life, both on the water and off.
We concluded with a very fine Christmas tea and crackers.
Our January meeting was cancelled due to the snow so the next meeting is Tuesday 9th February at 2:00 pm when we have a talk by Sally Botwright on ‘Hearing Dogs for the Deaf’. Visitors are welcome.
