In recent years The Abbeyfield Opera Feast has been one of the local cultural highlights in the build-up to Christmas. It takes place, as usual, in Great Missenden Parish Church and will be on Saturday 27th November at 7:30 pm.
This event is one of the fund-raising events put on by Great Missenden Abbeyfield and money raised from the evening will be used towards the cost of ongoing improvements to this sheltered home for the elderly in Great Missenden.
The four young singers of growing international renown who performed for us last year are returning to sing to us accompanied by their talented pianist. The talent of the performers is such that this is an evening not to be missed.
